P-PA36=500 gr
18,99
Set:
250 g - component A (silicone)
250 g - component B (hardener)
Final hardnes of the product: 36 ShA

Description:
The product is a putty poly additive silicone rubber, which hardens at room temperature and has low shrinkage. Silicone plasticine is used in the hobby/restoration sector to create moulds for the reproduction of objects. Curing is fast and hardening takes place in a short time (working time ~ 20 min) from the start of mixing. You obtain rigid and resistant moulds with high fidelity of reproduction and excellent dimensional stability.

Advantages:

  • Easy to work with
  • Minimum shrinkage
  • Fast curing
  • Excellent non-stick effect
  • Skin compatibility

Instruction:
Mix the same amount of A and B components. If the proportions are not accurate, the curing time and final properties may vary. Stir vigorously with your fingertips until you get a homogeneous color without streaks. Then model the mass as needed.
!!! You have about 20 minutes to work with the mass, including mixing time, at room temperature. It takes ~75 minutes to remove from the mold. The curing speed depends on the room temperature. We recommend working at 23 °C. Higher temperatures speed up the curing time, lower temperatures shorten the curing time.

ATTENTION!

Some inhibitions to vulcanization process may occur when the silicone rubber get in contact with amines, plasticines, metal salts, sulphur, tin catalyst and poly-condensation silicone rubber. To avoid any inhibition problems, we recommend a preliminary test for the compatibility of the silicone on the material to duplicate.
