1. General Terms Agreement
1.1. SIA "MVLBŪVE", Registration No. 40203141926, legal address Jersikas Street 45 - 5, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia, business address 45 Jersikas Street, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as POLISTEP.LV) on the Website www.polistep.lv (hereinafter referred to as the "Home Page"), provides services in accordance with the conditions set out below, taking into account the terms of delivery, return of goods and other terms, as well as the company's business policy specified on the Website in relation to certain features, functions or advertising, and all of the above is included in these terms (collectively referred to as the Terms) and forms part of them. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to observe them without any restrictions or conditions.
1.2. POLISTEP.LV reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without prior notice.
1.3. If a consumer purchases goods via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods") offered on the Website POLISTEP.LV, such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Agreement and is governed by the legal provisions regulating the Distance Agreement, including but not limited to, Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Law of the Republic of Latvia on Consumer Rights Protection, Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Rules on distance contracts".
2. Privacy
2.1. Registration data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.
2.2. Your information will not be transferred to any third parties or otherwise used without your consent, except for the cases when it is necessary for the order execution (for example, arrangement of delivery)
2.3. During the registration process, you will not need to provide financial information, only the data required for the purchase payment and delivery. The consumer agrees to the personal data processing.
2.4. By using our website www.polistep.lv, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Accuracy of Information
3.1. By providing a description of the products available on the Website, we try to be as accurate as possible. If any changes have been made to the information concerning a product (description, colors, etc.), POLISTEP.LV cannot guarantee that the Website has been constantly updated to include all relevant information.
3.2. The descriptions of the goods are provided for informational purposes only and the use of the information provided does not create legal obligations between the Website visitors and creators. The company is not responsible for the quality of the image of the goods - it depends on the technical capabilities of the buyer's monitor.
3.3. The range of the goods is regularly changed and POLISTEP.LV is not responsible for the absence of a specific product or delivery.
4. Prices and Payment for Goods
4.1. The prices for the goods on the Website are indicated excluding the delivery costs.
4.2. Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice. If the actual price of the goods differs from the price indicated on the Website, POLISTEP.LV will contact you to agree on further actions. If POLISTEP.LV is unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled.
4.3. Payment can be made by prepayment (bank transfer), bank cards, PayPal payment system, cash (upon receipt of the goods in our office).
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1. Delivery costs and conditions are determined by the type of delivery you have chosen.
6. Return of Goods and Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods to POLISTEP.LV.
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.
6.3. Having refused the goods, the purchase price shall be transferred to the current account, which will be indicated in the withdrawal form within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
6.3.1. If you return the goods, the money for the delivery of goods will not be returned.
6.4. Return Policies:
6.4.1. The goods must be returned in full, including all components of the goods, the original packaging, otherwise the goods may not be returned.
6.4.2. Mandatory elements are the following:
• Invoice (if paid by bank transfer)
OR
• Completed withdrawal form. To complete the return of goods, you must complete the withdrawal form and add it to the goods you wish to return.
6.4.3. Return of goods:

6.5. After starting to use the purchased goods, the Buyer confirms that it complies with the order and cannot be returned.
6.6. In accordance with the provisions of the sixth paragraph of Clause 12 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia "the consumer is responsible for the maintenance of quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of return"; if it is not in its original packaging or if the packaging is seriously damaged.
6.7. Descriptions and images of the goods are for informational purposes only. The use of the information provided does not create legal obligations between visitors to the online store and its creators. Prices and product offers in the online store are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of the information available.
6.8. The purchasing order in the online store "POLISTEP.LV" is determined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 207 "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts" of 28.05.2002.
7. Force Majeure Circumstances
7.1. POLISTEP.LV is not responsible for any delays in performance or non-performance or other types of refusals that have occurred due to circumstances and obstacles that are beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, government actions, war or emergency situations, terrorist threats or terrorist attacks, environmental or climatic anomalies, non-compliances by the third parties, internet attacks and computer hardware and software failures. In case of such force majeure circumstances, we will make all efforts to prevent any delays as soon as possible.
